BE AWARE OF SWISS MURALI [Nadarajah Muralitharan] and nakkeeran thagavelu
He is the one who is releasing "nalai"(tomorrow) news paper. his writing on his news paper is not good for tamils. I met him two days before TGTE elelction nomination. he was introduced by one of my friend that he is SWISS MURALI. he told me that he did not like TGTE nomination ploicies,but he is helping TGTE ELECTION.
I do not know why he is playing double game? He was also helping TNA elelction with nakeeran. they have a plan to bring TNA OFFICE in Canada.
if murali did not like TGTE let him stay away from it, do not disturb their activities. I hope he will be another LENIN BENEDICT soon.
if he know that TGTE doing anything wrong ask him talk to TGTE Election committe instead of going to ELECTION COMMISSIONER, if he realy trying to do some thing realy good for tamils in Sri Lanka.

If this is true, what happened to the much touted democratic principles, transparency and fairness by the PTGTE?
You allowed unprincipled and unscrupulous charlatans to conduct the elections.
How can those who reside in Ontario Centre get elected to represent Western Canada? And
that too unopposed? Shamefully, like inside trading, some elements who had confidential information manipulated the electoral
process to their advantage! It spells bad omen to the future of TGTE!
This is a mockery and travesty of rule of law.

Dear Election Commissioner,
Irregularities relating to the filing of nominations (Canada)
It is indeed with a heavy heart that I write this letter of complaint and bring to your urgent attention serious irregularities that have already brought discredit to the election process.
It is strongly rumored that on the basis of confidential information available only to members of the Organizing Committee some of their friends have managed to have themselves elected without a contest.
It has come to be believed by the general public that the Organizing Committee had willfully leaked misleading information that in both western and eastern Canada that the number of candidates filing their nomination papers was in excess of the number of slots available to these regions. It would appear that this leak was deliberately designed to block more candidates filing their nomination papers so that members of the Organizing Committee could select their friends to fill the vacant slots (two slots in western Canada and one slot in eastern Canada).
It would appear that while the Organizing Committee succeeded in filling both concealed vacancies in western Canada it failed in eastern Canada due to a person who had not been aware of the Organizing Committee’s leak of false information filed his/her nomination papers to bring the total number of candidates to more than five thereby forcing a run off election.
By its actions the Organizing Committee appears to have brought discredit to not only to TGTE but also to the office of the Election Commissioner.
I urge you to take urgent action to thoroughly investigate this matter and help restore the public’s confidence in the whole election process that you are ultimately responsible for.
Furthermore, under the circumstance how can you ensure that election will be conducted fairly and truly without any foul play by the sub- committee members on the voting day ?
